Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MegaVal CDN service. By creating an account or sending requests to the API you agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the rights of third parties whose media you deliver.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you upload and deliver. Media that infringes copyright, or that is unlawful to distribute in your jurisdiction, is not permitted. We may suspend delivery for accounts that receive repeated, substantiated complaints.

Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly availability. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page in advance. Credits for missed targets are applied to the following billing period on request.

Billing

Usage is metered by bandwidth and storage. Charges accrue monthly and are payable in arrears. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Stored media is deleted within 30 days of closure.
